Erika and Laura are both active members of the Bend community and are excited to be helping Bend property investors keep their rental properties occupied and appreciating—without the headache.
Strong working relationships with licensed, bonded contractors and repairmen also allow Erika and Laura to keep on top of rental property maintenance for their clients. They are both highly respected for their integrity and honesty, and their effective communication and listening skills allow them to provide their clients with top-notch customer service—well above industry standard.
Erika Morris
Property Manager/Broker
Erika began skiing in Bend, Oregon back in 1976 and has loved the area ever since. She was raised in the Lake Oswego/ West Linn area outside of Portland and attended Portland State University and University of Oregon before relocating to Southern California.
She traveled the Baja Coast for several years as first mate and cook on private yachts, but returned to Oregon in 1994, settling in Bend.
Erika worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and as an Operations Manager in Nutritional Services in the Bend LaPine School District before joining John L. Scott in 2006.
Erika is knowledgeable and trustworthy, and has a take charge attitude. She is a self -starter, natural leader, good initiator and big-picture thinker. She is very proactive, which has helped her excel. She truly enjoys working with the public and feels fortunate to live is such a beautiful place as Bend.
Laura Hayden
Property Manager/Principal Broker
As a southern California native, Laura’s background started with hard work as a farmer’s daughter. Before relocating to Bend, Oregon, however, she worked as a Legal Secretary, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Marketing Specialist. Laura joined John L. Scott in Bend in January 2006, and is now part of its Property Management Division.
Laura along with her husband Gregg, and two children, Nichole and Stephen are avid skiers. They also enjoy hiking, biking and Kayaking.
